Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, please call our office as soon as possible to arrange a new time. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated.Payment
Payment is due at the time services are provided, including any co-payments and deductibles not covered by your insurance plan. Our team is always available to help explain expected costs and provide clarity before treatment begins.
